Roger Ward, Principal Consultant for Theseus Quality Assurance, LLC, the QA arm of InfoTech NorthStar, has 40 years of experience in software engineering and quality assurance. His experience covers the full life cycle development, software quality assurance, project management, as well as program and process implementation. Since 2018, he has actively served as a member of the ASME NQA-1 Subcommittee on Software Quality Assurance.
Roger has over 22 years in nuclear software quality assurance, focusing on the development, implementation, and oversight through assessments and audits for compliance with 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and ASME NQA-1; 10 CFR 830 Appendix A and DOE O 414.1C/D, and NAP 401.1.
Additionally, he holds a bachelor’s degree in business focusing on computer science and a master’s degree in software engineering. Roger has demonstrated experience in the roles of software quality manager, quality engineer, and quality auditor both as a quality program owner and practitioner in support of clients in the nuclear industry.
