Description
This presentation will trace the past, present and future of commercial nuclear power. During the presentation we’ll discuss the early days and events that shaped the industry, then talk about where we are today. Finally, we’ll discuss the future – current designs, Small Modular Reactors, and Advanced Reactors. Invited speaker Steve Unikewicz is a Deputy, Design Authority and Program Manager for TerraPower working on the Natrium Sodium Reactor Plant. Open to anyone interested in ASME. Must register. This will be a hybrid event.
