Join the ASME Metro Detroit Section for a virtual presentation via Zoom. Learn the most effective ways to manage risk in the industrial arena and how to plan and organize at the beginning of programs to anticipate risk and minimize the impact of unforeseen circumstances. This will be done through a review of some real world case studies - the lessons gained from the past and best practices to use as we move through the current environment. Carol has worked in manufacturing engineering & operations management for over 24 years.
