Join ASME Metro Detroit & The U of M Student Section for a hybrid event on November 18th: Digital Twin & the Future of Industrial Metaverse. This high level presentation will cover a brief history of digital twins and who the key people are with developing the concept of digital twin. What makes up the digital twin and how the digital twin is maintained through the digital thread linking the physical asset. There will be two automotive and one non-automotive use case examples covering digital twins of full production, logistics and the reach to the pie-in-the-sky Metaverse.
