ASME Singapore Section: Fundamentals of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Webinar
Description
Join the ASME Singapore Section for a GD&T Webinar. Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is a language of engineering. The understanding and application of GD&T principles form the essential element in design, drafting, manufacturing, inspection and quality control. It set standards in communicating and effective collaboration on dimensioning, tolerancing and geometrical requirements for mechanical components and assemblies for Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality. GD&T principles, in accordance to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Y14.5 Standard, establishes uniform practices for stating and interpreting dimensioning, tolerancing and related requirements. Used extensively in the Design Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality of aerospace, automotive, oil and gas, precision engineering and electronics industries. ASME Y14.5 is considered internationally to be the authoritative guideline for the design language of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Presenter: Casey Kok (ASME Certified GD&T Senior Level Professional). Fees are complimentary and CPD is pending. This event is relevant to those in the Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Defense, Manufacturing and others.
