Despite the pandemic, sales of industrial robots grew a whopping 27 percent over the previous year.
Since the spring of 2020, the pandemic has latched onto all facets of the global economy, disrupting supply chains and raising prices on goods. But industrial robots are a very bright segment. Global sales of industrial robots in 2021 rebounded by 27 percent over 2020, according to preliminary figures of the International Federation of Robotics. Asia remains the world’s largest market. It grew 33 percent in 2021, reported IFR.
