There’s no doubt that electric vehicles are the future. They are a large part of the sweeping infrastructure bill passed last year by Congress, and the Biden administration will pour nearly $5 billion over the next five years for development of a national electric vehicle charging network. On top of that, California, by 2035, will require automakers to sell only electric vehicles in the state. John Miles, global head of Future Mobility at Rockwell Automation, talks about the steps in implementing the switch to EVs and the needs of a new workforce.
