IMECE Presentation-Only Abstracts Due July 22

There is still time to submit a presentation-only abstract for the ASME 2019 International Mechanical Engineering Congress and Exposition (IMECE) — ASME’s largest research and development conference focused primarily on mechanical engineering but also encompassing perspectives from many engineering disciplines. The deadline to submit a presentation-only abstract (for an oral or poster presentation at IMECE) is July 22.

IMECE 2019, which will take place from Nov. 8-14 at the Calvin L. Rampton Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, will feature 17 technical tracks covering a range of topics including acoustics, vibration and phononics; advanced manufacturing; advanced materials (design, processing, characterization and applications); advances in aerospace technology; biomedical and biotechnology engineering; design, systems and complexity; dynamics, vibration and control; energy; engineering education; fluids engineering; heat transfer and thermal engineering; mechanics of solids, structures and fluids; micro- and nano-systems engineering and packaging; and safety engineering, risk and reliability analysis.

The IMECE technical program will also include three poster sessions: the ASME International Undergraduate Research and Design Expo, the National Science Foundation (NSF) Student Competition and the Virtual Podium.
