Two ASME Members Selected as New Faces of Engineering Winners

Earlier this month, ASME member Eduardo Barrientos, PhD, and 12 other early career engineers were selected into the 2015 class of the New Faces of Engineering-Professional program, which recognizes practicing engineers up to the age of 30 for their contributions to the engineering profession and society. In addition, ASME student member Angadbir Singh Sabherwal was named as ASME's winner in the 2015 New Faces of Engineering-College Edition category.

Barrientos and Sabherwal were among the six New Faces-Professional and College Edition finalists from ASME who were announced in February. The winners in each category were announced on April 2 by DiscoverE, which administers the program.
