Mickey Clemons, mechanical engineer at Sandia National Laboratories, talks about how he sees the progression of his career development and tactics you can use to be successful in your career. To get to where Mickey is today it took practice in solving engineering problems and performing volunteer work. By trial and failure with others he has obtained success in multiple parts of his life. He also shares his talents by teaching others new perspectives.
