Dr. Ray Mentzer, lecturer at Texas A&M University in the Chemical Engineering Department joins Dr. Soren Maloney, a member of the Committee on Early Career Development, and freelance engineer consultant to discuss the importance of process safety and how it relates to early career development. Dr. Ray Mentzer teaches chemical process safety and industrial safety and health management. Prior to teaching Dr. Mentzer enjoyed 28 years in industry at Exxon Mobil.
